Refund Policy

Personalized reports are produced from user data, so refund terms differ from ordinary digital products.

Before production

You may request a refund before report production begins.

Once personalized calculation, writing, or review has begun, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable.

Verified duplicate charges will be returned to the original payment method. Failed payments will not create duplicate valid orders.

Settlement time depends on the payment provider.
